Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Germany take 2-6 days from the order date.

What delivery options do you offer?

DHL’s GoGreen service.

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking information via
email once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Germany, France, Italy, and
Singapore, and are looking into growing that list.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us via Shop@volocopter.com, and be sure to include photos of the damaged item if you can.

What shipping options are available?

Only classic climate-neutral shipping options. We do
not offer an express service at this time. 

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the
shipping address once an order has been placed.

Do you charge shipping fees (incl. customs, import/export, any other fees)?

Shipping fees are based on
the chosen shipping destination.

The website claims my order has been delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

Please send an email to shop@volocopter.com and be sure to quote your order ID. We’ll be happy to help.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, Shop Pay, Klarna, Sofort, Apple
Pay, and Google Pay.

How long do reimbursements usually take to process?

As soon as we receive your returned parcel, we will
reimburse the payment amount to your original payment method. Your chosen payment method will dictate how long this takes.

How can I return my items?

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

What happens to my returned items once you receive them?

We will process your returned order and notify
